Nurse Recruiter

At Suburban Hospital we are committed to providing exceptional patient-care and clinical excellence in a professional and dynamic environment. Located in Bethesda, MD, our acclaimed community-owned, acute-care, medical-surgical facility is designated as a regional Level II Trauma Center, and is affiliated with the renowned National Institutes of Health (NIH) and Johns Hopkins Medicine. As we continue to grow and expand, we seek an experienced recruiter to coordinate all employment activities including planning, sourcing, prescreening, interviewing, extending offers, and participating in the employee orientation process. You will also rely on your industry knowledge and business acumen to effectively meet departmental recruitment and retention goals for nurses and other clinical staff.

To qualify, the ideal candidate will have a nursing degree (Bachelor’s preferred) with a minimum of 1 year of nursing experience; previous high-volume recruitment experience; and proficient computer skills required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to interact with all levels of management are preferred. Current RN licensure desired.
